Akrish is originally from Fiji, where he completed his bachelors degree and
subsequently worked for the Office of the Auditor General and Colonial as an auditor. While working for Colonial, he completed modules in the Certified Internal Audit course at the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Since being in Australia, Akrish has worked for Chartered Accounting firms and a financial planning company as a tax accountant. He undertook the conversion course at the University of Sydney, completed the CPA program and received CPA status in 2008. Akrish has also completed some specialised courses in Superannuation and Financial planning to become RG 146 compliant.

Akrish started working at Rhodes Docherty & Co in July 2009. He works in the Audit and Superannuation divisions and reports to Maria and Carol.

His hobbies include travelling, playing rugby, soccer, swimming and tennis. He also enjoys watching movies and cooking. In addition, Akrish loves to travel overseas and learn about different cultures.
