Cathy Pautsch is the Practice Manager and heads up the Administration and Services Area.

Originally from England Cathy spent 20 years in South Africa before moving to Australia in 1998.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008 Cathy worked for a major reinsurance company for 23 years in various roles including Policy Services Manager.

Cathy enjoys golf and running.

Ann worked as a small business office manager for 15 years part-time
before joining Rhodes Docherty & Co in March 2002. Ann's main role is as our Client Services Manager. She is the first point of contact for clients with queries and/or issues to resolve. She also acts as John Docherty's personal assistant.

Ann loves spending time with her family and friends. as well as gardening and reading.

Lee joined us in 2002, having worked as a support/administrative assistant
in Chartered Accountancy firms for most of her career.

Lee enjoys gardening, physical culture (‘physi’) and pilates.

Tanya trained as a secondary teacher and over the years has applied her organisational and communication skills in a variety of roles. She has worked in education and training, community services, recruitment, local government and the health sector. Since 2006, Tanya has been employed as an administrative assistant in several firms, including M.S. Tunstall & Co.

In her spare time, Tanya enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her husband and two young daughters.
